Each call will generate a detailed service record specific to the installation address. By recording your important product and support information in our database, repeat calls are fast and easy. Plus, your customers have the added benefit of product tracking for future system and product upgrades.
When calling the TechInfo center, please be prepared to answer the following questions:
- What Viessmann model you are working on?
- What is the 12, 16 or 18 digit serial number?
- What is the installation address?
- What date was the product installed?

Expanded after-hours technical support is available during the Heating Season Schedule from the first weekend after Labor Day* to April 30. The Summer Schedule provides standard 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (EST) support available across North America beginning May 1. After-hours support is not available during the Summer Schedule.
